Refund Policy

Exchanges & Refunds

At Rooparth Ayurveda, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.

Rooparth Ayurveda is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.

All products once purchased are non-refundable.
In general, an item maybe eligible for return within 24hrs/1day from the time/date of Product Delivery if it fulfils any of the following conditions:
• Sold in a physically damaged condition.
• Has missing parts or accessories

All you need to email us at care@rooparthayurveda.com within 24hrs/1day from the time/date of delivery, where our Customer Care will be happy to help you.

In case of any problem or quality issue with the product, we exchange the product.

Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the original receipt/tags intact and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition and subject to following terms-
• Returns and exchanges requests will be subject to checking and vetting by Rooparth Ayurveda.
• Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy.
• Once your return/refunds request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7-21 business days.

Please send an email to care@rooparthayurveda.com:

• with proof of your purchase (your order number or email address you used to place the order)
• with at least 4 picture of the product you received
• valid reason for refund/return.

After confirmation of your return or exchange, we’ll ask you to send your product to:

Once your package arrives with us, we will inspect it and, depending on whether your refund is approved, will initiate the refund, which will be credited on your original method of payment.

Refunds are accepted or rejected at the sole discretion of Rooparth Ayurveda

Please note: No returns or refunds will be processed for wholesale orders.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account. Contact your bank, since it may take some time before your refund is officially completed. Please keep in mind that bank processing times can vary. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund after 5-10 business days, please contact us at care@rooparthayurveda.com
